The CLAS OP 0046BL is a professional tire inflating gun designed for use with an air compressor or clean pressurized air. Always ensure the air supply pressure does not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 12 bar. After use, always bleed the residual air pressure from the tool to ensure safety and longevity.

Description
The device consists of the following components:

- 1: Air gun
- 2: Tire connector hose
- 3: Pressure gauge
- 4: Air release valve
- 5: Trigger
Operation
To inflate tires, follow these steps:
- Connect the air chuck to the tire valve.
- Ensure the connection is secure, then press the trigger (5) to inflate.
- Use short bursts of air to maintain control and prevent over-inflation.
- Check the pressure on the gauge (3) by releasing the trigger.
- If the tire is over-inflated, press the air release valve (4) to deflate.
- Once the desired pressure is reached, disconnect the air chuck.
Maintenance
To ensure longevity, keep the tool clean and free of dirt, as dust can cause internal wear. Regularly lubricate sealing surfaces, bearings, and dynamic O-rings with a specialized air tool lubricant. Apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to springs and pins, such as the trigger mechanism.
Specifications
- Pressure range: 0-12 bar / 0-174 psi

Common problems
Usually caused by internal corrosion due to dirty or wet air, or failure to follow operating instructions. Ensure air supply is clean and dry.
Before use
- Ensure air supply pressure is within the 0-12 bar range.
- Verify that the air compressor is providing clean, pressurized air.
- Check that the air chuck is securely attached to the tire valve before inflating.
- Ensure the tool is clean and free of debris.
Specs in practice
- Pressure range: 0-12 bar (0-174 psi)
- The operating limit of the device. Do not exceed this pressure.
- Air inlet: 1/4 inch NPT
- Standard fitting size required for connecting the air hose.
Images and diagrams
