This document provides essential instructions for the CLAS 0053BL electrical wire reel. It covers the installation, operation, and maintenance of the 10m cable reel. Always ensure the unit is installed on a solid surface and used according to these guidelines.

• 4x 6*60mm screws
• 1x 6*12mm screw

Installation

The reel can be installed horizontally or vertically on a cement pillar, cement wall, or steel structure. It is recommended to mount the reel approximately 1 meter above the ground.

1. Take out the unit and accessories from the box.
2. Choose a suitable location.
3. Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the position for screws and drill four holes on the wall.
4. Fix the bracket using the four 6*60mm screws.
5. Slide the reel onto the mounting bracket and fasten it using the 6*12mm screw.

Operation

Connecting: Connect the supply hose to an outlet and turn on the switch.

Unwinding: Pull the cable out to the desired length. Stop pulling after you hear a click to lock the cable in place.

Retracting: Pull slightly on the hose to release the lock, then guide the hose as it winds back into the reel.

Maintenance and storage

The hose box is maintenance-free. Do not clean the interior of the reel with water. When not in use for an extended period, store the unit in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

If the hose becomes locked during the retraction or extraction process, pull out more hose to release the mechanism, then try again.
