The Comsol 10,000mAh Power Bank is designed to provide portable power for your mobile devices. It features a smart power chip to identify your device and provide maximum charging speed. Always ensure the power bank is charged before use and follow the safety guidelines to prevent damage.
Device Layout
The power bank features the following ports and controls:

- USB-A Output: Used to connect and charge your phone or device.
- USB-C Input: Used to charge the power bank.
- Micro USB Input: Used to charge the power bank.
- Power On/Off Button: Used to check remaining capacity or start charging if it does not begin automatically.
- Capacity LED Indicators: Displays the remaining battery level.
Charging the Power Bank
- Use the included USB-A to USB-C cable.
- Connect the larger USB-A connector to a USB wall charger.
- Connect the smaller USB-C connector to the USB-C input port on the power bank.
- During charging, the LEDs will flash to indicate the charging status.
- When charging is complete, the LEDs will remain on.
Charging a Phone or USB Device
- Connect your phone or device's charging cable to the USB-A output port on the power bank.
- Charging should commence automatically.
- If charging does not start, press the On/Off button.
- The power bank will automatically turn itself off when your device is fully charged.
Checking Remaining Capacity
Press the On/Off button to view the remaining capacity. The LEDs will turn off automatically after about 5 seconds.

- 1 LED flashing: Less than 5% capacity.
- 1 LED on: 5% to 25% capacity.
- 2 LEDs on: 25% to 50% capacity.
- 3 LEDs on: 50% to 75% capacity.
- 4 LEDs on: 75% to 100% capacity.
Safety Precautions
- Do not drop, misuse, or apply excessive force to the power bank.
- Do not charge the power bank and your device at the same time to prevent overheating.
- Store in a cool, dry place. Do not store in hot or humid environments (e.g., in a car or direct sunlight).
- Do not place the power bank in bags where small metal objects could cause a short circuit.
- Operating temperature should be between 10°C and 45°C.
- If the power bank swells or bulges, stop use immediately and dispose of it properly.
Practical help
Common problems
Press the On/Off button to manually start the charging process.
This is a normal operating condition and should not be a cause for concern.
Before use
- Ensure the power bank is fully charged before first use.
- Use the included USB-A to USB-C cable for charging the power bank.
