This dehydrator is designed for home use only. Before first use, ensure all packaging is removed and wash all trays and accessories with warm, soapy water. Run the dehydrator empty for 30 minutes at any temperature to remove manufacturing odors. Always use the device on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.

Operation
To begin dehydrating:

- Plug the dehydrator into a grounded 120V outlet.

- Close the door.
- Press START/STOP to wake the unit.
- Use TEMP/TIME to select settings, then use the + or - buttons to adjust values.
- Press START/STOP to begin the cycle.
Resetting: Press and hold START/STOP and the + button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep.
Keep Warm: Press KEEP WARM to hold the temperature at 95°F for 24 hours after the dehydration cycle finishes.
Care and Maintenance
Cleaning:
- Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Soak trays in warm, soapy water for easy food residue removal.
- Use a soft brush if necessary.
- Clean the housing with a damp cloth.
- Note: Do not use abrasive chemicals. Trays are dishwasher-safe, but the mesh tray and fruit roll sheet should be hand-washed.
Troubleshooting
