The Cosori Pulse 2-in-1 Coffee Grinder is designed for grinding coffee beans and dry foods like nuts, spices, and seeds. To get started, remove all packaging, place the unit on a flat surface, and plug it in. Always ensure the grinding chamber is locked into the base before operation. Do not operate the grinder with an empty chamber and allow it to rest for 1 minute after 30 seconds of continuous use to prevent overheating.

Getting to Know Your Coffee Grinder

The device consists of a base with an ON/OFF button, a clutch mechanism, and a drain. It includes two interchangeable grinding chambers: a single-blade chamber and a double-blade chamber. The grinder lid features a locking mechanism that must be aligned with the unlock symbol on the chamber and twisted clockwise to lock.

Grinding Coffee

1. Insert the grinding chamber into the base and twist to lock. 2. Measure whole coffee beans and place them in the chamber (do not exceed the MAX fill line). 3. Place the lid on top, aligning the marker with the unlock symbol, and twist clockwise to lock. 4. Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the desired grind size is reached.

Grind Size Guide:

• 8-10 seconds: Coarse (French Press, Cold Brew)
• 10-12 seconds: Medium (Pour Over, Drip)
• 12-15 seconds: Fine (Espresso, Moka Pot)

Grinding Food

The grinder is suitable for fresh or larger-sized foods like nuts, onions, and peppers. Do not add extra liquid or oil to the chamber. When grinding seeds like flax, chia, or sesame, do not fill more than half of the MAX line.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug the grinder before cleaning. The grinding chambers, lid, and chamber covers can be washed by hand or on the top rack of a dishwasher. Use the included cleaning brush to clean the blade area. Wipe the outside of the base with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

Troubleshooting

If the grinder will not turn on, ensure it is plugged in and the lid is locked. If it stops working, the heat sensor may have been triggered; unplug and let it cool for 30 minutes. If grounds get stuck, stop grinding and gently shake the unit up and down to redistribute the contents.
