Quick Start Guide

Before using your air fryer oven for the first time, remove all packaging materials from inside and outside the unit. Place the oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, ensuring there is at least 5 inches (13 cm) of space behind and above the unit for proper ventilation. We recommend running a test run for 30–60 minutes to familiarize yourself with the operation and clean out any manufacturing residues.

Getting to Know Your Air Fryer Oven

The air fryer oven includes several accessories: a food tray, air fryer tray, drip tray, rotisserie basket, rotisserie fork set, and a rotisserie handle. The interior features four tray positions numbered 1 to 4 from top to bottom. Always ensure the drip tray is in place at the bottom of the oven before cooking.

Display and Controls

The LED display shows the selected cooking function, temperature, and time. Use the Power button to turn the unit on or off. Adjust temperature and time using the up and down arrows. The Start/Pause button initiates or pauses cooking. The Light button toggles the interior light. The Rotisserie button enables rotation for specific functions.

Cooking Functions

The oven offers multiple cooking functions, each with pre-programmed settings:

• Air Fry: Uses intense heat and airflow. Ideal for fries and wings.
• Roast: For meats and poultry.
• Broil: For open-faced sandwiches, thin cuts of meat, and browning.
• Bake: For cakes, muffins, and pastries.
• Pizza: Melts cheese and crisps crust.
• Toast: Browns bread; includes a flip reminder for higher darkness levels.
• Reheat: Warms leftovers without drying them out.
• Keep Warm: Maintains food temperature.
• Dehydrate: Dries food at low temperatures.
• Proof: Holds low temperatures for proofing dough.

Most functions (Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Pizza) include an automatic preheat stage. You can skip preheating by tapping the Start/Pause button.

Care and Maintenance

Clean the air fryer oven and accessories after every use. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Use a non-abrasive liquid cleanser or mild spray solution with a soft, damp sponge. Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners, as these will damage the surfaces. The drip tray should be emptied of crumbs after each use. Store the unit in an upright position.

Troubleshooting

If the air fryer oven does not turn on, ensure it is plugged into a power outlet. If food is cooked unevenly, try preheating the unit or avoid overcrowding the tray. White smoke is normal during the first use or when cooking greasy foods. If dark smoke appears, immediately turn off and unplug the unit. Error codes E1, E2, and E3 indicate issues with the temperature monitor and require contacting customer support. Error code E4 indicates the unit is plugged into an incorrect power source (e.g., 220-240V); use only 120V, 60Hz outlets.
