This document provides essential instructions for the assembly and safe operation of the Costway TY283250 Pedal Go Kart. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain them for future reference.
- Age Restriction: Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
- Weight Limit: Maximum capacity is 30 kg.

Assembly Instructions
Ensure all parts are present before beginning assembly. Assemble the product on a flat, stable surface.
- Steering Support: Attach the steering support to the frame of the go-kart using M5*45mm bolts and washers.
- Seat: Fix the seat to the frame using M5*40mm bolts and washers.
- Steering Shaft: Insert the steering shaft through the turning pole. Place the front panel over the steering shaft.
- Front Panel: Place the black plastic washers on the top of the front panel.
- Steering Wheel: Position the steering wheel, insert the steering shaft through it, and secure it with 2 square washers and an M8 nut.
- License Plate: Fix the license plate to the front of the go-kart using 2 M5*50mm bolts and washers.
- Final Touches: Place the steering wheel cover in the center of the steering wheel. Ensure all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before use.
Safety and Maintenance
Regular maintenance is required to ensure the product remains safe to use.
- Tires: Ensure tires are properly inflated before use. Use a hand pump only (maximum 30 PSI).
- Brakes: Perform a brake test before every use. Instruct children on how to apply the brakes.
