This manual provides instructions for the Costway 1500W Oil Filled Radiator Heater. Always read the safety instructions before use. The heater is designed for indoor use only and must be placed on a flat, steady surface. Maintain a clearance of at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front, sides, and rear of the heater to avoid fire hazards. Never use the heater in bathrooms, laundry areas, or near water. Always plug the heater directly into a wall outlet; do not use extension cords or power strips.

Assembly
The heater is packed with two caster assemblies that must be installed before use.

- Ensure the heater is unplugged and turned off.
- Wind the power cord around the cord wrap to keep it out of the way.
- Turn the heater upside down.
- Place the two metal U-shaped bolts over the base pipe, between the radiator fins at each end of the heater, so the screw threads extend beyond the pipe.
- Position the assembly bracket so the two slots on the bracket line up with the two screws on the end of the heater.
- Set each assembly bracket over the threaded end of each U-shaped screw and fasten them securely with the provided wing nuts.
- Turn the heater upright.
