Assembly process
Ensure all parts are present before starting assembly. The process involves attaching wheels to the frame, installing the steering system, mounting the headstock, and securing the seat.






Assembly steps
- P1: Fit a 10 cm meson into each side of the front axle, then attach the front and rear wheels.
- P2: Insert the steering rod into the steering pipe from bottom to top. Attach the steering elongation tube and steering wheel. Lock the steering rod using an M5*25 screw and a 5 cm self-locking nut.
- P3: Install the headstock and secure it with two M4*12 flat tapping screws. Place the iron plate from the parts package into position and secure it with four 4*12 flat tapping screws. Attach the backrest to the frame and lock it with two M24*12 fasteners.
- P4: Install the seat and secure it using two M6*30 flat machine thread screws and two M6 self-locking nuts.
Maintenance
- Regularly apply lubricating oil to all rotating parts and bearings to extend the product's lifespan.
- Avoid long-term storage or use in moist, cold, or hot environments.
- Store the product in a safe, dry place when not in use.
