This document provides essential assembly and operation instructions for the Honey Joy Go Kart (model TY326024). The product is designed for children aged 37-96 months (3-8 years) with a maximum weight capacity of 66 lbs. Assembly must be performed by an adult.

Assembly steps

1. Step 1: Assemble the three front support tubes and fix them on both sides using 5*45mm bolts (x4).
2. Step 2: Insert the steering shaft through the middle front support tube.
3. Step 3: Secure the steering wheel onto the steering shaft using a 5*35mm bolt (x1).
4. Step 4: Attach the front panel using 3*10mm tapping screws (x4).
5. Step 5: Install the seat using 5*45mm bolts (x4).

Operation

The go-kart features a clutch system. Push the clutch forward to engage the drive; the go-kart can then move forward and backward. If the clutch is not engaged, the go-kart will move freely.

Maintenance

To ensure smooth operation, lubricate the chain every 3-4 weeks. Before each use, check that all screws are tightened securely.

Troubleshooting

If the chain comes off, open the chain cover, place the chain back onto the chain wheel, and ensure it is aligned in a straight line. If it is not aligned, adjust the pedal shaft before closing the chain cover.

Safety warnings

• Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts (choking hazard).
• Protective equipment should be worn at all times.
• Do not use in traffic.
• Do not ride at night, near swimming pools, steep slopes, or public roads.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while riding.
