Assembly steps




- Step 1: Assemble the three front support tubes and fix them on both sides using 5*45mm bolts (x4).
- Step 2: Insert the steering shaft through the middle front support tube.
- Step 3: Secure the steering wheel onto the steering shaft using a 5*35mm bolt (x1).
- Step 4: Attach the front panel using 3*10mm tapping screws (x4).
- Step 5: Install the seat using 5*45mm bolts (x4).
Operation
The go-kart features a clutch system. Push the clutch forward to engage the drive; the go-kart can then move forward and backward. If the clutch is not engaged, the go-kart will move freely.
Maintenance
To ensure smooth operation, lubricate the chain every 3-4 weeks. Before each use, check that all screws are tightened securely.

If the chain comes off, open the chain cover, place the chain back onto the chain wheel, and ensure it is aligned in a straight line. If it is not aligned, adjust the pedal shaft before closing the chain cover.
