The unit is intended for household use only and should not be used under wall cabinets or in appliance garages while plugged in.
Getting to know your air fryer oven
The unit features a touch screen control panel with an LED display. Key components include an interior light, a viewing window, an oven rack with three positions (Lower, Middle, Upper), an air fryer basket, and a baking/drip pan. The crumb tray slides into the bottom of the oven cavity.

Before first use
- Place the oven on a flat, level surface.
- Ensure there is 2 to 4 inches of clearance from walls or other objects.
- Slide the crumb tray under the bottom heaters.
- Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
- Ensure no objects are stored on top of the oven, as the exterior gets very hot during use.
Operation
To operate the oven:
- Press the standby icon to wake the unit.
- Press FUNCTION or PRESET to select your desired cooking mode.
- Use the up/down arrows to adjust settings.
- Press TEMP/SHADE or TIME/SLICE to adjust temperature or time if needed.

You can adjust settings during cooking by pressing the respective buttons and using the arrows. To cancel, hold START/STOP.
Cooking functions
The oven offers 6 functions: Air Fry, Toast, Bake, Broil, Roast, and Warm. Air Fry presets include Fries, Wings, Snacks, and Vegetables. Always use the air fryer basket with the baking/drip pan for Air Fry and Broil functions.
Cleaning and maintenance
- Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Clean the exterior with a damp cloth.
- Hand-wash all accessories in hot, sudsy water using a nylon scouring pad or brush. Accessories are NOT dishwasher safe.
- Clean the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never use steel wool or abrasive cleaners.
- Regularly clean the top of the oven interior to prevent grease buildup.
- Slide out and clean the crumb tray regularly.
Troubleshooting
If the unit does not turn on, ensure it is plugged into a functional outlet and the door is closed. If food is not crispy, ensure it is in a single layer in the basket and consider adding a light spray of oil. If condensation occurs, it is normal when cooking foods with high water content.

Common problems
Ensure the unit is plugged into a functional outlet and the oven door is fully closed.

This is normal when cooking foods with high water content. It will not affect the unit or cooking results.
Try cooking in smaller batches rather than stacking food. Increase the temperature using the TEMP/SHADE button.
