The ECG ET 2001B is an electric oven with air frying capabilities. Before first use, it is essential to run the oven empty at the highest temperature (220 °C) in roasting mode for about 15 minutes to eliminate any packaging residue and initial odors. Always ensure the oven is placed on a stable surface with at least 10 cm of free space on each side for proper air circulation.

Description
The oven features a control panel, handle, glass door, and internal space with heating elements. Accessories included are a square tray, a removable drip tray, an airfry basket, and a grid.

Operation
Insert the plug into a grounded socket. Use the rotary controls to select the desired function, set the timer, and adjust the temperature. The oven functions include various combinations of upper and lower heating elements, with or without the fan, and an Air Fry mode. Once the timer is set, an audible signal will sound at the end of the preparation.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Always unplug the appliance and let it cool before cleaning. Use a damp towel to clean the interior and exterior surfaces. Do not use scouring pads, scrapers, or abrasive cleaners. Accessories can be washed in soapy water. To replace the light bulb, ensure the oven is unplugged and cool, then remove the glass protective cover as shown in the manual, unscrew the old bulb, and replace it with one of the same parameters.

Troubleshooting
If the appliance is not working, check the power connection, fuses, and timer settings. If the oven does not heat up, ensure the function and temperature are correctly set. Steam or crackling sounds during operation are normal.
