This appliance is designed for household use. Before first use, ensure the oven is clean and run it at 250°C for approximately 30 minutes to remove factory preservatives. Always set the current time on the programmer after connecting to power, as the oven will not operate otherwise. Keep children away from the appliance during use as surfaces become hot.

Installation

The appliance must be installed by a qualified professional. Ensure the kitchen is well-ventilated. The worktop must be 28-40 mm thick and heat-resistant up to 100°C. Follow the specific cutout dimensions provided in the manual (560x490 mm). Electrical connection must be performed according to the provided wiring diagrams (1N~, 2N~, or 3N~).

Operation

The hob is controlled by knobs that allow for variable heat settings. The oven features multiple functions including rapid heat, defrost, grill, and various heating modes (top/bottom, fan-assisted). The electronic programmer allows you to set the current time, a timer, and automatic start/stop times for cooking.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean the hob after every use. Use a special scraper for stubborn stains. The oven features a 'Steam Clean' function: pour 0.25L of water into a dish on the bottom level, set the oven to 50°C and bottom heat for 30 minutes, then wipe clean. The oven door and inner glass panes can be removed for thorough cleaning.

Troubleshooting

If the appliance does not work, check the home fuse. If the programmer display shows 0.00, reset the time. If the oven light fails, replace the G9 230V 25W bulb.
