If you need to use batteries in series or parallel, you must strictly follow the specifications below to ensure personal safety.

- 12V Battery: Max series-parallel connection ≤8, Max series quantity 4, Max parallel quantity 4.
- 24V Battery: Max series-parallel connection ≤4, Max series quantity 2, Max parallel quantity 4.
- 36V/48V Battery: Max series-parallel connection ≤2, Max series quantity 1, Max parallel quantity 2.
Busbar Configuration Standard
When batteries are connected in parallel, current concentration in a few branches is inevitable, which may lead to safety risks. A busbar balances current in each parallel branch to ensure safety. It is strongly recommended to use a busbar for connection when the number of parallel-connected batteries reaches 3 or more.

Battery Switch and Circuit Breaker Configuration
For systems composed of batteries with a single-battery capacity of 100Ah or higher, specific circuit breaker configurations are recommended:
- Series Connection: A circuit breaker is recommended to be installed in the main circuit.
- Parallel Connection: Additional circuit breakers are recommended to be installed in each branch circuit.

Common problems
Use a busbar to balance current when connecting 3 or more batteries in parallel.
Install circuit breakers in the main circuit for series connections or in each branch circuit for parallel connections.
Before use
- Verify the battery voltage (12V, 24V, or 36V/48V).
- Check the maximum series and parallel quantity limits for your specific voltage.
- Ensure a busbar is used if connecting 3 or more batteries in parallel.
- Install circuit breakers if using batteries with 100Ah or higher capacity.
Specs in practice
- Series-Parallel Connection
- The combined configuration of batteries to achieve desired voltage and capacity.
- Circuit Breaker
- A safety device to interrupt current flow in case of overload or short circuit.
Images and diagrams
- The Series-Parallel Rules table defines the maximum number of batteries allowed for different voltage systems.
- The Busbar diagram illustrates how to connect batteries to a load while balancing current paths.
- The Circuit Breaker diagrams show the correct placement of breakers for series versus parallel setups.
Model compatibility
- Strictly follow the voltage-specific limits for series and parallel quantities.
- Busbar usage is strongly recommended for 3 or more parallel-connected batteries.
- Circuit breakers are recommended for systems with 100Ah or higher capacity batteries.
