The EcoSmart 15A21100D6CCT01 is an A21 LED bulb equipped with a microwave motion sensor. It is designed for indoor or covered outdoor use. Important: The microwave sensor is sensitive and may detect motion through thin walls or glass. For best performance, install the bulb facing downwards at a height of 9ft to 10ft. This bulb is not compatible with emergency exits or metal fixtures.

Color temperature adjustment
You can select the desired color temperature using the switch located on the bulb before installation:
- 2700K Soft White: Relaxing environments, bedrooms.
- 3000K Bright White: Direct replacement for halogen bulbs.
- 3500K True White: Brighter than 2700K/3000K, suitable for any setting.
- 4000K: Task lighting, replacement for fluorescent bulbs.
- 5000K: Daylight, suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, and garages.
- 6500K: Brightest, light blue tint, suitable for task areas.
Installation and performance
- Turn off power to the fixture.
- Select the desired color temperature using the switch on the bulb.
- Install the light bulb into the fixture.
- Turn the power on.
Tips for best performance:

- Install facing downwards for optimal detection.
- Detection range is approximately 4.92ft to 9.84ft radius when installed at 9ft height.
- The bulb is compatible with most LED-rated dimmers.
- Ensure the bulb is at least 7ft away from other motion sensor bulbs to prevent interference.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues, check the following:
- Bulb blinking: The sensor is detecting motion (possibly through walls or plants). Ensure it is not triggered by wind-blown vegetation.
- Bulb not turning on: Ensure the bulb is installed facing downwards. Upward orientation significantly reduces detection range.
- Bulb on during the day: This is normal operation; the sensor activates based on motion, not ambient light levels.

Common problems
The sensor is detecting motion through thin walls, glass, or moving plants/trees. Ensure the bulb is at least 7ft away from other motion sensor bulbs.
If installed facing upwards, the detection range is greatly reduced. Ensure the bulb is installed facing downwards.
The bulb is working as designed. It activates upon detecting motion regardless of the time of day.
Before use
- Turn off power to the fixture before installation.
- Select the desired color temperature using the switch on the bulb.
- Verify the fixture is not metal, as this may impact sensor performance.
- Ensure installation height is between 9ft and 10ft.
- Confirm the location is indoor or covered outdoor.
