Mounting the additional handle

Ensure the guard is securely fastened. It should be positioned to direct sparks away from the operator. Loosen the clamping lever to rotate the guard to the desired position.
Operation
The device features a safety switch. To turn it on, push the locking lever forward and then press the On/Off switch. Allow the machine to reach maximum speed before applying it to the workpiece.
Changing discs
Use the provided flange nut wrench. Always unplug the device first. Press the spindle lock to secure the spindle, then use the wrench to open the flange nut. Replace the disc and tighten the nut. Ensure the spindle lock is only pressed when the motor is at a complete standstill.
Maintenance and cleaning
Keep air vents and the motor housing clean. Use a clean cloth or low-pressure compressed air. Regularly clean the device with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh solvents. If excessive sparking occurs, have the carbon brushes checked by a qualified electrician.
Safety
Always wear safety goggles, ear protection, and a dust mask. Never work with asbestos-containing materials. Always use both hands when operating the tool.
