The Einhell TE-MG 200 CE is a versatile multifunction tool designed for sanding, sawing, and scraping wood, iron, plastic, and similar materials. Always wear ear protection and a dust mask when operating the tool to prevent injury.
Device Description
The tool features an ON/OFF switch, a tool chuck for attaching various accessories, a speed controller to adjust performance, and a dust extraction system to keep your work area clean.

Assembly and Setup
Fitting the plug-in tools:

- Hold the tool so the ON/OFF switch points down and the tool chuck faces up.
- Place the desired tool (e.g., triangular sanding plate) onto the chuck so the pins fit into the recesses.
- Secure the tool using the supplied screw and tighten it firmly with the hexagon key.
- Ensure the washer is used correctly, especially with the saw blade and scraper.
Fitting the dust extraction device:
- Position the dust extraction device onto the tool chuck.
- Fasten it by latching it into the air vents.
- Connect the extractor adapter and attach your vacuum cleaner for optimal dust removal.
Operation
Switching on/off: Slide the switch forward to turn the tool on and backward to turn it off.

Speed control: Use the speed controller to select the desired speed. The plus direction increases speed, while the minus direction decreases it.
Working tips:
- Always work away from your body.
- Never place hands in the direct vicinity of the work area.
- Use only undamaged, high-quality plug-in tools.
- For sawing, watch out for foreign bodies in the material.
- For sanding, the performance depends on the choice of sanding paper and the pressure applied.
- For scraping, start with a flat angle and low pressure to avoid damaging the surface.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Always pull the power plug before cleaning. Keep air vents and the motor housing free of dust. Clean regularly with a moist cloth and soft soap. Do not use solvents. If excessive sparking occurs, have the carbon brushes checked by a qualified electrician.
Storage
Store the tool and accessories in a dark, dry, and frost-free place, ideally between 5 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep in the original packaging.
