Connections
The monitor supports multiple input sources. Connect your devices to the rear panel ports:
- HDMI: Connect to HDMI input.
- VGA: Connect to VGA input.
- BNC Input/Output: Connect BNC cables for CCTV processors or daisy-chaining monitors.
- Audio: Use Audio In for sound and Audio Out for external speakers.
Remote control and batteries
The remote control allows you to manage the monitor settings from a distance. To install batteries:
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote.
- Insert one CR2032 3V battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the cover.
- Point the remote towards the sensor on the monitor (effective range up to 7 meters).
OSD menu settings
Use the buttons on the front panel or the remote control to access the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu:
- Picture: Adjust Contrast, Brightness, Color, Tint, Sharpness, Color Temp, Aspect Ratio (4:3, Panorama, Zoom, etc.), and Picture Mode.
- Sound: Adjust Bass, Treble, Balance, Sound Mode, and Auto Volume.
- Option/Function: Configure OSD Language, OSD Duration, Transparency, Auto Adjust, and Software Update via USB.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, perform these checks:
- No sound/picture: Ensure the power plug is connected and the power button is on. Check contrast and brightness settings.
- Normal picture but no sound: Check volume levels, ensure the device is not muted, and verify audio cable connections.
- Signal out of range: Adjust resolution, horizontal/vertical frequency, or check the signal cable.
- Remote not working: Check batteries, ensure there are no obstructions, and verify the correct operating mode.
Maintenance
To clean the screen, use a soft cloth with a mixture of lukewarm water and a mild fabric softener or dishwashing detergent. Wring the cloth until it is almost dry before wiping. Ensure the screen is completely dry before turning the monitor back on. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the cabinet.

- Do not block ventilation openings.
- Unplug the monitor during lightning storms or when unused for long periods.
