Before First Use

Operation
Mounting the sticks
Ensure the mixer is disconnected from the mains and the speed selector is in position 0. Insert the sticks into the respective holes, turning and pressing until they snap into place. The stick with the sprocket must be fitted into the corresponding hole to ensure the bowl rotates automatically. To remove, press the ejection knob.
Mounting the mixer to the support
Ensure the mixer is disconnected. Press the arm unlock button to raise the arm. Place the bowl on the holder. Attach the mixer to the arm by fitting the front side first, then the back. To undock, press the mixer de-docking button.
Speed Settings
- Speed 1 and 2: Recommended for starting preparation, mixing liquids, and folding egg whites into dough.
- Speed 3 and 4: Recommended for thicker and heavier masses.
- Speed 5: Suitable for egg whites, cake batter, and sauces.
- TURBO: Activates maximum speed while the button is held.
Maintenance and Cleaning
