This document provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation of the Greenworks 1200W lawnmower. Before use, ensure the device is fully assembled and that you have read all safety warnings. The mower is designed for residential lawn maintenance. Always wear protective gear, including safety glasses, during operation.

Assembly
The lawnmower requires assembly before the first use. Do not connect the power cord until assembly is complete.

- Lower Handle: Insert the lower handle ends into the slots on the mower body and secure them with the locking nuts. Ensure both sides are aligned.
- Upper Handle: Connect the upper and lower handle sections using the provided bolts, washers, and wing nuts. Tighten the wing nuts on both sides.
- Grass Catcher: Open the rear discharge door, hold the grass catcher by its handles, and hook it onto the door rod. Close the discharge door.
Operation
Before starting, secure the power cord in the integrated cord hook to prevent accidental disconnection or damage. To start the mower, connect it to a power source, press the unlock button, and pull the switch lever toward the handle. To stop, release the switch lever.

Cutting Height Adjustment
The mower features three cutting height levels. Adjust the height by moving the wheel axles into the corresponding slots on the mower body. Ensure all wheels are set to the same height.
Working on Slopes
Do not mow on slopes exceeding 15 degrees. Always mow across the face of slopes, never up and down. If you feel unstable, stop mowing immediately.
Maintenance
Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance. Keep the motor free of grass, leaves, and liquids. Clean the underside of the mower deck after each use.

Blade Replacement
- Stop the mower and disconnect the power.
- Turn the mower on its side.
- Use a wooden wedge between the blade and the deck to prevent rotation.
- Remove the mounting bolt and washer using a wrench.
- Replace the blade, ensuring the tabs align with the slots on the blade.
- Reinstall the bolt and washer, tightening to a torque of 20.17 Nm.
Troubleshooting
If the mower fails to start, check the power cord connection and the extension cord. If the mower vibrates excessively, the blade may be unbalanced or the motor shaft bent; inspect and repair as necessary. For uneven cutting, adjust the cutting height or check the lawn condition.
