This Christmas tree features a Quick Set® design for easy assembly. Please note that the tree is preset to Demo Mode upon unboxing. You must deactivate this mode to use the tree normally. If you encounter issues with the lights, ensure all sections are securely connected and the Demo Mode is deactivated.
Assembly Instructions
Assembling the tree stand:
- Choose a location near a wall outlet.
- Unfold the legs of the tree stand and place them on the floor.
- Slide the locking disk down until it snaps into place.
Assembling the tree:
- Remove protective caps from the tree bottom pole and insert it into the stand. Do not step on the stand legs during setup.
- Insert the upper tree sections into the lower sections until the tree top is attached.
- Shape the branches from bottom to top, ensuring wires are free of branch hinges.
- Insert the adapter into the wall outlet.
- Fan out branches in a star shape, starting from the bottom, and slightly upsweep branch tips for a uniform look.
Light Controller Operation
The tree includes a dual-color light controller. Press the selector button to cycle through the following modes:
- Slow Fading
- Twinkle
- Fast Fading
- Combination
- Steady On
Demo Mode
The tree is preset to Demo Mode. To change light functions, you must deactivate it.
To activate Demo Mode:
- With the tree plugged in, press and hold the FUNCTION button on the in-line controller for 5 seconds.
- The lights will blink 3 times to confirm activation.
To deactivate Demo Mode:
- With the tree plugged in and in Demo Mode, press and hold the FUNCTION button on the in-line controller for 5 seconds.
- The lights will flash 5 times to confirm deactivation.
Maintenance and Care
- Spare Parts: The package includes hinge pins and washers for repairs.
- Repairing Loose Hinges: Place the branch into the bracket slot, insert a new hinge pin through the holes, and secure with a washer.
- Storage: Unplug the tree and remove all ornaments before disassembly. Gently lift sections apart and fold branches toward the pole. Store in a cool, dry location away from sunlight.
Safety Instructions
- Use only the provided power supply.
- Do not use on metal trees or trees with metal-like coverings.
- Do not secure wiring with staples or nails.
- Unplug the tree when leaving the house or when unattended.
- Lamps are not replaceable; do not attempt to modify them.
