Operation
Browning: Place food on the heating plate, close the lid, and set the desired temperature using the knob. The green light turns off when the target temperature is reached (approx. 3 minutes). Use a wooden or plastic spatula to remove food.

Grilling: To open the grill fully, hold the handle with one hand and press the release button with the other, then pull the handle back. Grease the plates lightly before use. Set the temperature and place food on the plates once the green light turns off.
Cleaning and care
Always disconnect the device from the power source and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the heating plates and the device body with a clean, damp cloth. The drip tray can be washed under running water with mild detergent. Do not use abrasive chemicals, metal tools, or immerse the device in water.
