The Immax NEO Smart Internal Socket Nexa (07552L) is a Zigbee 3.0 smart plug designed for home automation. To use this device, you must have an Immax NEO PRO smart gateway. The device supports remote control, timers, countdowns, and consumption measurement via the Immax NEO PRO application.
Installation
Warning: Installation must be performed by a person with appropriate electrical certification. Ensure the power cable is disconnected from the socket (or the relevant circuit breaker is turned off) before installation. The installation site must be equipped with wires in accordance with applicable regulations.
App Setup and Pairing
- Ensure your mobile phone and the Immax NEO PRO smart gateway have an active internet connection.
- Turn on the Immax NEO product. The LED should flash quickly. If it does not, reset the device.
- Open the Immax NEO PRO application and tap the '+' icon to add a new device.
- Select the 'Immax NEO' category in the left column.
- Choose the device from the offered products (select 'Other zigbee devices' if necessary).
- Select the smart gateway you wish to pair with.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.
Reset Procedure
If the device fails to pair or you need to reconfigure it, you must reset it to pairing mode:
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button for at least 5 seconds.
- The LED backlight will start flashing, indicating the device is in pairing mode.
