Important Safety Information

Warning: This product contains small parts and small balls. It is a choking hazard and is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Remove all tags, labels, and plastic fasteners before giving this toy to a child.

01. Chess

The object is to checkmate or trap the opponent's King. Each player starts with 16 pieces arranged in two rows. The board must be placed so that a white square is at the right hand of each player. The Queen is always placed on a square of her own color.

  • King: Moves one square in any direction.
  • Queen: Moves any number of squares in any direction (straight or diagonal).
  • Rook: Moves any number of squares horizontally or vertically.
  • Bishop: Moves any number of squares diagonally.
  • Knight: Moves in an "L" shape (two squares in one direction, one square perpendicular). Can leap over pieces.
  • Pawn: Moves forward only. First move can be one or two squares; subsequent moves are one square. Captures diagonally.

02. Checkers

Requires 12 black and 12 white pieces. Players place pieces on alternate squares of the first three rows. To capture, jump over an opponent's piece into a vacant square. When a piece reaches the opponent's first row, it becomes a "King" and can move in any direction.

03. Chinese Checkers

Played by 2-6 players using 10 pawns each. The goal is to move all ten pawns across the board into the opposite triangle. Players take turns moving to an adjacent circle or hopping over other pawns in any of the six directions.

04. Backgammon

Requires 30 pieces, 2 dice, and a doubling cube. The board consists of an inner and outer table. Players move checkers based on dice rolls to move them into their home board and bear them off. A "blot" (single checker) can be hit and sent to the bar. A "blocked point" occurs when two or more checkers occupy a point.

05. Pick-up Sticks

Players take turns picking up one stick at a time without disturbing others. The black stick can be used to move other sticks. The player with the most sticks at the end wins.

06. Tic Tac Toe

Played on a 3x3 grid. The goal is to be the first to align three pieces in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally).

07. Mill

Players take turns placing pieces on empty points. Once all pieces are placed, players move to adjacent empty points. Aligning 3 pieces forms a "Mill," allowing the player to remove an opponent's piece. The goal is to reduce the opponent to 2 pieces or block all their moves.

08. Mancala

Each player has 6 small pits and 1 large store. Start with 4 stones in each small pit. Players pick up stones from one pit and distribute them counterclockwise. If the last stone lands in your store, you get another turn. If it lands in an empty pit on your side and the opposite pit has stones, you capture both.

09. Roll-Em

Players roll two dice and cover numbers on the board that add up to the total. The goal is to cover as many numbers as possible. The player with the lowest score (sum of remaining uncovered numbers) wins.

10. Insanity

Players move pieces forward or jump over pieces to swap two sets of colored pieces from one side of the board to the other.

11. Mind Magic

The goal is to have only one piece remaining on the board. Players jump over pieces into empty spaces, removing the jumped piece after each move.
