The IGM LAGUNA PFlux 1 is a high-performance cyclone dust collector designed for woodworking environments. This manual provides essential instructions for assembly, operation, and maintenance. Important: Assembly requires two people and takes approximately 4-5 hours. Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before performing any maintenance or inspection.
Machine Description
The unit features a cyclone design for efficient dust separation, a 95L drum, and a HEPA filter. The control panel includes an ON/OFF switch, manual cleaning activation, and indicators for full drum and filter status. A remote control is included for convenient operation.

Assembly
Assembly is a multi-step process involving the base, lifting mechanism, drum, and cyclone unit. Required tools: 10mm, 12mm, 14mm open-end wrenches, Phillips screwdriver, 4mm and 5mm Allen keys, and silicone sealant. Ensure all bolts are tightened according to the steps provided in the manual. The drum lid must be perfectly aligned parallel to the upright supports to ensure a proper seal.

Operation
Remote Control Pairing: Ensure the machine is ON. Press the control panel pair button until you hear two beeps. Simultaneously press the remote control pair button and the control panel pair button until you hear three beeps.

Starting the Machine: Remove the rubber cap from the inlet. Ensure at least one blast gate is open before turning the machine on. Use the ON button on the control panel or remote.
Maintenance and Inspection
Regular maintenance is crucial for performance and safety:
- Emptying the Drum: Periodically check the drum contents. Use the lifting handle to lower the drum for emptying.
- HEPA Filter Cleaning: The filter cleans automatically every 10 minutes and when the machine is turned off. For heavy use, use compressed air to blow the filter from the outside.
- Replacing the HEPA Filter: Replace the filter after approximately 2000 hours of operation.
Troubleshooting
If the machine does not start, check the power supply, circuit breaker, and remote control batteries. If there is excessive vibration, inspect for loose components, fan balance, or motor mount issues. Poor collection performance is often caused by a full drum, clogged filter, or leaks in the ducting system.
