Description
The PFlux 1 features a 95L waste bin, HEPA filtration (99.2% efficiency for particles >0.4 microns), and a remote control system. It is designed for professional and hobbyist woodworking environments.
Assembly
The assembly process takes approximately 4-5 hours and requires two people. Key steps include:
- Base Assembly: Attach casters to the base.
- Cyclone Assembly: Mount the cyclone barrel to the base and connect the support struts.
- Filter Installation: Attach the HEPA filter and cover.
- Bin Assembly: Assemble the waste bin, attach handles, and install the waste bag.
- Final Connections: Connect the intake cylinder and ensure all seals are airtight using silicone where specified.
Operation
The machine is operated via the control panel or the included remote control. Ensure the intake is clear and the waste bin is properly seated before starting. The system includes an automatic filter cleaning cycle that runs every 10 minutes.
Maintenance
- Emptying the Bin: Regularly check the waste bin level. Use the quick-release lever to lower and remove the bin.
- Filter Cleaning: The HEPA filter cleans itself automatically. For manual cleaning, press and hold the CLEAN button for 3 seconds.
- Filter Replacement: Replace the HEPA filter after approximately 2000 hours of operation.
