Safety Instructions

Use R410A rated copper piping. Ensure all piping is clean, dry, and airtight. Insulate all refrigerant and drain piping to prevent condensation. Perform a triple leak/pressure test and deep evacuation before opening service valves.


Electrical System Installation
All electrical work must conform to local codes and the National Electrical Code (NEC). Use appropriately sized circuit breakers and fuses. Connect communication cables between the indoor and outdoor units, ensuring correct polarity.
Final Procedures
After installation, perform a triple leak/pressure test using dry nitrogen. Conduct a deep evacuation to remove moisture. Add refrigerant trim charge if piping length exceeds the standard. Finally, open service valves and perform a test run.
Troubleshooting
Use the LG SIMS app for monitoring and troubleshooting. Error codes are displayed on the control board LEDs and the SIMS app. If an error occurs, refer to the error code table to identify the issue.
