This manual provides instructions for assembling the Matchmaster 03MM-DC21V High Gain Digital TV Antenna. The process involves assembling the boom sections, attaching the G-unit, and mounting the antenna to a mast. Ensure all washers and bolts are installed as specified to maintain structural integrity.

- Hardware: 1x 1/4”x18G Flat Washer, 1x 1/4” Spring Washer, 1x 1/4” Wingnut, 1x 3/16”x1.5” Philips/Flathead Head Bolt, 1x 3/16” Spring Washer, 1x 3/16” Wingnut, 1x Rubber Boot Seal, 1x RG6 Twist on ‘F’ Type Connector
Assembly Instructions
- Prepare Booms: Snap out two riveted swivel lock elements on the front 684mm boom and five on the back 778mm boom.
- Reflectors: Snap out the front and back corner reflectors on the back 778mm boom.
- Attach G-unit: Attach the G-unit to the back 778mm boom underbody. Align pre-drilled holes and bolt together using the 1/4” bolt, flat washer, spring washer, and wingnut. Ensure the flat washer, spring washer, and wingnut are on top of the boom body.
- Join Booms: Connect the front 684mm boom to the back 778mm boom using the 3/16” Philips/flathead bolt, spring washer, and wingnut. Ensure the spring washer and wingnut are on the underbody of the boom.
- Install Elements: Install the two 520mm swivel lock elements to the top of the booms using the pre-drilled holes at the front and middle of the joining booms.
Installation and Connection
Attach the antenna to the mast using the U-bolt and point it toward the nearest transmitter. Slide the rubber boot seal onto your coaxial cable. Strip the coaxial cable, attach the provided connector, and connect it to the antenna's balun. Secure the coaxial cable down the mast using UV-grade insulation tape and cable ties.
