Setup and Installation

1. Install the App: Download and install the “Smart Life” app from the Google Play or iOS App Store. Register an account before continuing.

2. Add Device: Open the app, tap the “+” symbol, select “Add Device,” then navigate to “Security & Video Surveillance” and choose “Smart Doorbell.”

3. Reset Device: Ensure batteries are inserted. Press and hold the “Reset” button on the rear of the doorbell until you hear a chime sound. Confirm this in the app.

4. WiFi Connection: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Enter your WiFi password in the app to begin pairing.

5. Scan QR Code: Face the QR code shown on your phone screen towards the doorbell camera until a chime is heard. Press “I Heard a Prompt” to finalize the linking process.

Using the App

When the doorbell button is pressed, you will receive a notification. Within the app, use the “Monitor Switch” to enable two-way audio. Press and hold the “Speak” button to talk through the doorbell. You can also view recorded photos and videos if a MicroSD card is installed.
