The pTron Zenbuds Evo X2 Pro are wireless earbuds featuring touch controls and a charging case. Key operations include charging via a 5V/1A power source, automatic pairing upon opening the case, and touch-based control for music, calls, and voice assistants. If you experience connectivity issues, use the reset button located inside the charging case.
Charging
Charging the Case: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging case and the other end to a 5V/1A power source. The indicator light will glow orange while charging and turn off when fully charged. Charging takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
Charging the Earbuds: Place both earbuds into the charging case. They will start charging automatically. The indicator lights on the earbuds will flash white while charging and turn off when fully charged.
Power On/Off
Power On: Open the charging case lid or take the earbuds out. Alternatively, press and hold the Touch Sensitive Area (TSA) on both earbuds for 5 seconds.
Power Off: Place both earbuds back into the charging case; they will turn off automatically.
Pairing and Connectivity
- Open the charging case lid.
- Wait 2–3 seconds for the left and right earbuds to pair with each other (white lights will turn off).
- Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select pTron OWS to connect.
- The earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when powered on.
Control Functions
Music:
- Play/Pause: Touch TSA once on either earbud.
- Next Song: Touch TSA twice on the right earbud.
- Previous Song: Touch TSA twice on the left earbud.
Calls:
- Answer: Tap TSA once on either earbud.
- End/Reject: Double tap TSA on either earbud.
Modes & Assistant:
- Game/Music Mode: Long touch the TSA on either earbud to switch modes.
- Voice Assistant: Touch the TSA four times on either earbud.
Mono (Single) Earbud Usage
You can use a single earbud by taking only one out of the case and closing the lid. The selected earbud will enter pairing mode. Note that next/previous song functions are not available in mono mode.
Troubleshooting
One Earbud Not Working: Place both earbuds in the case, take them out together, wait for them to pair, and reconnect via Bluetooth.
Earbuds Not Connecting/Scanning: Place both earbuds in the case, close the lid, open it, and press the reset button for 4 to 5 seconds until the lights blink.
Safety Precautions
- Keep the device away from extreme heat and humidity.
- Use only good quality 5V/1A chargers.
- Do not over-charge the product.
- Stop using immediately if the product causes discomfort or pain.
- Dispose of the product responsibly according to local guidelines.
