This manual provides instructions for the Rusta Northern Light Christmas tree light chain. Before use, ensure the remote control is paired with the receiver attached to the light chain. The timer function does not have memory and must be reset each time the lights are turned on.

Pairing the Remote Control

To pair the remote control with the receiver:

  1. Plug in the transformer.
  2. Within 3 seconds, press and hold the ON/OFF button on the remote control.
  3. The pairing is successful when the red light on the remote control and the blue light on the receiver light up.

Light Modes

There are 18 different light functions available. Use the MODE button on the remote control to cycle through them:

Timer Settings

The timer function allows for automatic operation. Press the TIMER button to select a mode:

  • Timer Mode 1: Press the TIMER button once. The lights will flash red 3 times. The lights will stay on for 4 hours and turn off for 20 hours.
  • Timer Mode 2: Press the TIMER button twice. The lights will flash green 3 times. The lights will stay on for 6 hours and turn off for 18 hours.

Caution: The timer function has no memory. You must re-set the timer when you turn the lights ON.

Disposal

Used products should be handled separately from household waste. They should be taken for recycling in accordance with local rules for waste management.

Remote control is not working
