The Scosche 142SQSPBWT is a 3-in-1 folding charging stand featuring a removable magnetic wireless power bank, an illuminated base with touch controls, and support for MagSafe devices. For optimal performance, fully charge the power bank to 100% before first use.
Device Setup
Unfold the charging stand (A). Connect the included 48W power adapter to the unit (B) and plug it into a wall socket. The unit will power on automatically.
Illuminated Base with Touch Control
Touch anywhere on the stand’s neck (C) to control the light:
- Turn light on/off: Tap once.
- Increase/decrease brightness: Tap and hold for 5 seconds to cycle between low and high.
- Disable light feature: Tap and hold for 10 seconds.
- Enable light feature: Tap and hold for 5 seconds.
Note: The light feature does not indicate charging status. Use your phone's battery indicator to check charge status.
Slide-On Holder for Apple Watch
This holder requires a Magnetic Fast Charger to USB-C (not included).
- Route the charger cable through the opening in the holder (A) and slide the holder onto the charging stand (B).
- Seat the magnetic charger in the holder (C) and route the cable into the guide channels in the holder and the back of the stand (D).
- Plug the charger cable into the USB-C port (E).
Removable Power Bank
The power bank charges when placed on the base. To remove, lift it from the base. It features a charge level button to display battery status via 4 LEDs (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).
MagicRing Installation
For non-MagSafe devices, a case is required as adhesives do not bond directly to the device. Clean the case surface with the supplied wipe and use the included template to position the MagicRing accurately.
Foreign Object Detection (FOD)
If a metal object is detected on either wireless charger, the light surrounding the base will pulse slowly. Remove the object to resume normal function. This feature works even if the light function is disabled.

Practical help
Common problems
Light surrounding the base is pulsing slowly.
A metal object has been detected on the charger (FOD). Remove the object to resume normal operation.
Light feature is not working.
The light feature may be disabled. Tap and hold the stand's neck for 5 seconds to re-enable it.
Power bank is not charging the phone properly.
Ensure the power bank is fully charged (100%) before use. If using a case, it must be a MagSafe-compatible case.
Before use
- Fully charge the power bank to 100% before first use.
- Ensure you have a MagSafe-compatible case if using a phone case.
- Use the included template for accurate MagicRing installation on non-MagSafe devices.
- Clean the surface of the case with the provided wipe before applying the MagicRing.
