The Sealey MAC13D is a dual-powered (12V DC and 230V AC) tyre inflator and high-volume pump. It features an auto-shutoff function, a digital display, and an integrated LED worklight. Always inspect the power cables and plugs for damage before use. Do not leave the unit unattended while in operation and observe a 10-minute rest period after 15 minutes of continuous use to prevent overheating.
Product Overview
The unit is designed for inflating car, van, 4x4, motorcycle, and bicycle tyres, as well as low-pressure items like air mattresses. It includes a high-volume pump for inflation/deflation and a high-pressure compressor for tyres.

Features and Parts
The device features a digital display, mode selection, and dedicated buttons for inflation and LED light control. Accessories, including a Presta valve adaptor, needle nozzle, and tapered nozzle, are stored within the housing.

Operation: High Pressure Items
For inflating tyres or items requiring high pressure:

- Start the vehicle engine (if using 12V) or plug into a mains supply (if using 230V).
- Attach the universal inflating valve adaptor to the item and lock it using the clip.
- Press and hold the power On/Off button to start.
- Press the 'M' button to select the display unit (psi, kPa, kg/cm², bar).
- Use the '+' or '-' buttons to set the desired pressure.
- Select the inflation mode button to start. The pump will automatically stop when the preset pressure is reached.
Operation: Low Pressure Items
For inflating mattresses or other low-pressure inflatables:
- Connect the power source (12V or 230V).
- For inflation, connect the high-volume hose to the air pump's air outlet and twist to lock. For deflation, connect to the air inlet.
- Connect the hose to the inflatable item (use appropriate nozzles if required).
- Press and hold the On/Off button to start.
- Press the 'M' button to select the inflation mode.
- Press the inflation mode button to start.
- Important: You must manually press the button to turn off the air pump when the desired pressure is reached.
LED Light and Ball Inflation
Press the LED light button to cycle through modes: steady light, red flashing, and red SOS. For ball inflation, ensure the needle adapter is inserted correctly. Use the 'M' button to select ball mode, set the desired pressure, and monitor the pressure gauge closely to avoid over-inflation.

Maintenance
Keep the device in a dry location. Clean surfaces with a soft, damp cloth only; do not submerge in water or use chemicals. If the 12V plug fuse needs replacement, unscrew the top of the plug using long-nose pliers, replace the fuse, and screw the top back on. For any other repairs, contact the Sealey Service Centre.
