The Sencor Variable Temperature Electric Kettle is designed for boiling water and heating it to specific temperatures (50, 70, 80, 90, 100°C). It features a keep-warm mode and automatic shut-off. Before first use, boil water in the kettle 2-3 times and discard it to clean the interior.
Description of the kettle

- A1: Open lid button

Using the kettle

Boiling water
Press button B2 to start heating water to 100°C. The LED light A9 will turn red. The kettle turns off automatically when boiling is complete.
Heating to a selected temperature
Use button B3 to select 50, 70, 80, or 90°C. The respective LED indicator B1 will light up. Press button B2 to start. The LED light A9 indicates the temperature:
- 50°C: dark green
- 70°C: blue
- 80°C: violet
- 90°C: light green
- 100°C: red
Keep warm mode
Select the desired temperature (50, 70, 80, or 90°C) using button B3. Press and hold button B2 for approximately 3 seconds. The kettle will maintain the temperature for 30 minutes.
Cleaning and maintenance
Removing limescale:
- Use 8% white vinegar (1L water + 0.25L vinegar) or citric acid (1.5L water + 30g citric acid).
- Boil the solution, let it act (2 hours for vinegar, 30 minutes for citric acid), then empty.
- Boil clean water 4-5 times before next use.
Outer surface: Use a dry cloth or a cloth with a weak solution of neutral kitchen detergent. Never use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
Safety instructions
- Do not submerge the kettle or base in water.
- Do not overfill the kettle above the 2L mark.
- Do not open the lid while water is boiling.
- Ensure the kettle is placed on a stable, dry surface.
- Do not use the kettle if the power cord is damaged.

Common problems
Ensure the kettle is properly placed on the base A6.
The kettle may have been turned on empty. Wait for the heating element to cool down; it will reset automatically.
Do not overfill the kettle above the maximum mark (2L).
