Operation

Boiling water

To boil water, press the On/Off button (B1). If no other button is pressed within 3 seconds, the kettle will start heating to 100 °C. The kettle turns off automatically when the water reaches 100 °C. The indicator light changes color based on temperature: 0-55 °C (blue), 56-90 °C (yellow), 90-100 °C (red).

Heating to a specific temperature

Press the On/Off button (B1) and then use the plus (B4) or minus (B5) buttons to set the desired temperature between 35 °C and 95 °C. The kettle will heat to the set temperature and then maintain it.

Cleaning and maintenance

Always disconnect the base stand from the power socket and allow the kettle to cool down before cleaning. Do not submerge the kettle or base stand in water.

Removing limescale

Limescale deposits should be removed regularly depending on water hardness:

  • Vinegar method: Fill with 1L water and 0.25L of 8% white vinegar. Bring to a boil, let sit for 2 hours, then boil clean water 4-5 times.
  • Citric acid method: Boil 1L of water, add 30g of citric acid, let sit for 30 minutes, then boil clean water 4-5 times.

  • Do not use the kettle without water.
  • Do not open the lid while water is boiling.
