Quick Start Guide
To begin using your 22kW Mobile Wallbox, follow these steps:
- Plug the CEE connector into the power source.
- Adjust the current and delay time settings as needed.
- Connect the Type 2 charging cable to your electric vehicle.
Note: All settings cannot be modified after the Type 2 connector has been plugged into the vehicle's charging port. The Type 2 cable is not included.
Operating Instructions
The wallbox can be operated using the button on the unit or via the mobile app. If the charger remains inactive in standby mode for over 5 minutes, it will automatically enter sleep mode. To reactivate, press the button, swipe the RFID card, or plug in the Type 2 connector.
- Adjust Current: Press the button 1x (Options: 6A/10A/13A/16A/20A/24A/32A).
- Wi-Fi Configuration: Press the button 2x (only in standby mode).
- Set Delay Time: Press and hold the button in standby mode (0.5h-8h).
- Pause/Resume Charging: Press and hold for 5 seconds while in charging state.
- RFID Function: Tap the RFID card on the highlighted area. Swipe for 10s to activate RFID function.
LED Screen and Indicators
The LED screen displays real-time current, voltage, phases, charged capacity, vehicle connection status, power, scheduled charging time, charging timer, and Wi-Fi status. Refer to the icon indicator table in the manual for specific status meanings regarding vehicle connection, phase status, RFID, and Wi-Fi.
Installation Steps
- Tighten the screws of the wall mount bracket.
- Drill holes and tighten screws according to the wall mount bracket.
- Check that the wall mount is securely fastened and does not wobble.
- Align the charging station's back holes with the wall bracket screws and hang the unit.
- (Optional) Drill additional holes and tighten screws to secure the charging station.
Wi-Fi Setup and App
The wallbox supports Wi-Fi connectivity via the "Tuya Smart" app.
- Ensure your mobile device is connected to a secure 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth is enabled.
- Download the "Tuya Smart" app and register an account.
- Add the device in the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to Wi-Fi.
- Once connected, you can rename the device, adjust settings, and view charging history.
Troubleshooting and Error Codes
If an error occurs, the LED screen will display an error code. Common solutions include:
- System Error (0): Power off and contact customer support.
- Leakage Current (1): Power off and check the vehicle and charger.
- Overcurrent Protection (2): Power off and check the vehicle.
- Over/Undervoltage (3): Power off and check the distribution grid.
- Ground (PE) Protection (4): Power off and check the distribution grid.
