  • Touch Screen Connection: Connect the PC to the TX HDMI In and USB port. Connect the RX HDMI Out to the display and the RX USB port to the touch screen.
  • Mouse and Keyboard Connection: Connect the PC to the TX HDMI In and USB port. Connect the RX HDMI Out to the display and the RX USB port to the keyboard/mouse.

Common problems

No HDMI signal on the display

Check the Power/Signal LED. If it is flashing, ensure the HDMI source is active and cables are securely connected.

Incorrect resolution displayed

The device may have learned the EDID of a lower-resolution display. Press the Reset button to force the device to re-learn the EDID of the currently connected display.

USB keyboard/mouse not working

Ensure the USB cable is connected between the PC and the Transmitter's USB port, and that the KVM light on the Receiver is active.

Before use

  • Verify you have two power adapters (DC 5V/2A).
  • Use high-quality Cat6, Cat6a, or Cat7 network cable for the connection between TX and RX.
  • Ensure the USB cable is connected to the PC for KVM features.
  • Check that the display supports the resolution being output by the source.
