Practical help
Common problems
LED output shuts down unexpectedly.
Check for short circuits or over-load conditions. The driver will recover automatically once the fault is removed.
Dimming is not working or flickering.
Ensure the dimmer is compatible with 0-10V, 1-10V, 10V PWM, or Resistor signals. Verify that the total number of drivers on the circuit does not exceed 50 and wire length is under 50 meters.
Driver overheating.
The driver will automatically reduce output current or shut down if the PCB temperature exceeds 100°C. Ensure adequate airflow around the unit.
