Quick guide from the manual
This pressure washer is designed for cleaning tasks such as cars, driveways, and walls. Before use, ensure the unit is fully assembled, the water supply is connected, and the system is bled of air. Always use cold water only and ensure the unit is connected to a 240V AC power outlet with an RCD/circuit breaker.
Assembly
The pressure washer requires minor assembly before the first use:

- Lance to Gun: Push the lance into the gun and twist clockwise to lock.
- Nozzle to Lance: Push the red button on the lance, insert the nozzle, and release the button to lock.
- Holders: Attach the power cord holder and gun holder to the designated lugs on the frame.
- Hose to Pump: Push the lever on the pump connection to the left, insert the hose fitting, and release the lever to lock.
- Hose to Gun: Push the hose lever towards the gun, insert the hose fitting, and release the lever to lock.
Operating instructions
Follow these steps to operate the pressure washer safely:
- Bleeding the system: Connect the garden hose to the inlet and squeeze the trigger before turning on the electrical supply. Hold the trigger for about one minute to remove excess air.
- Starting: Ensure the high-pressure hose is connected, the water supply is on, and the safety lock is disengaged. Connect to power, turn the switch to 'ON/I', and squeeze the trigger to begin cleaning.
- Stopping: Release the trigger, switch the unit to 'OFF/0', turn off the water tap, and squeeze the trigger to release residual pressure. Engage the safety lock.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity of your pressure washer:
- Nozzle: If clogged, use a needle to clear deposits from the tip.
- Inlet Filter: Turn off the unit, disconnect power and water, unscrew the hose connector, remove the white filter, and clean it.
- Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use the pressure washer to clean itself.
- Storage: Store in a secure area above 0°C. For long-term storage, run the unit for 2-3 seconds after disconnecting the water supply to clear remaining water from the pump.
Troubleshooting
If the machine does not start, check the electrical socket, fuses, and power cord connection. If the pump fails to reach pressure or fluctuates, check for a clogged inlet filter, tighten connections, ensure the garden hose is at least 12mm in diameter, and ensure the water supply is fully open. If the unit makes excessive noise, check and clean the inlet filter.
