This guide provides instructions for the assembly and installation of the Style Selections drapery rod. The estimated assembly time is 30 minutes. Before starting, ensure all parts are present by comparing them with the package contents list. You will need a drill and a level (not included) for installation.
Preparation
Before beginning assembly, verify that you have all necessary parts. Do not attempt to assemble the product if any parts are missing or damaged. Ensure you have the required tools: a drill with a 3/16-inch bit, a screwdriver, and a level.
Installation

- Marking: Use the bracket as a guide to determine the desired height and mark the location for the mounting screws on the wall.
- Drilling: Remove the bracket from the wall. Drill a pilot hole using a 3/16-inch bit and insert the wall anchors if necessary. Note that anchors are not required for all installation types (e.g., if mounting directly into wall studs).
- Mounting: Attach the adjustable bracket to the wall using the provided screws. Adjust the bracket distance from the wall as desired and tighten the screws. Repeat these steps for additional brackets.
- Assembly: Fit the drape(s) onto the rod.
- Finalizing: Place the rod with the drapes onto the mounting brackets. Position the finials as desired and tighten the screws on each bracket to secure the rod in place.
Troubleshooting
- Drapery rod not level: Ensure you use a level during installation.
- Drapery rod hook is loose: Ensure hooks are anchored correctly. Attach hooks to wall studs if possible; otherwise, use the supplied anchors and screws.
Care and Maintenance
Clean the drapery rod with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, solvents, or polishes, as they may damage the finish.
