This gazebo is designed for residential use only. Assembly requires at least two people and should be performed on a level, solid surface. Do not assemble on soil, earth, or bare ground. Ensure there is at least 6 feet (1.8 meters) of clearance from any structures or obstructions before beginning.

Safety and Preparation

Before assembly, check with local authorities regarding installation and permitting codes. Do not install the gazebo underneath electrical lines or above underground utilities. The structure is not flame retardant; keep grills, firepits, and chimneas away from the structure. Do not hang heavy weights from the roof frame or climb onto the roof.

Assembly Overview

The assembly process consists of 23 steps, involving the construction of the frame, roof structure, and panel installation. Key assembly requirements include:

• Squaring the frame: Before proceeding to step 4, ensure the frame is square by verifying that diagonal dimensions (d1=d2) are identical, beams are level, and posts are at a 90-degree angle to the beams.
• Roof Panel Installation: When installing roof panels, ensure the groove sides face outwards. If panels are uneven, press screws from the top until the bottom thread is exposed by 3-4mm, then attach the nut.
• Anchoring: The gazebo must be anchored to the surface (concrete or wood) using appropriate bolts or anchors (purchased separately).

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is required to ensure the integrity of the product and to maintain the warranty. Perform the following monthly:

• Check all nuts and bolts to ensure they are tightened.
• Inspect metal hardware for exposed sharp edges or rust.
• If rust or sharp edges are found, sand them with sandpaper and apply lead-free touch-up paint.
