This manual provides instructions for the assembly of the Veikous 10x13ft Aluminum Gazebo. Please read the entire manual before beginning. Ensure all parts are present and identified before starting. The structure is not intended for commercial use (e.g., daycare, schools, or public parks). At least three people are required for safe assembly.
Tools Required
The following tools are required for assembly but are not included in the package:
- Drill
- Allen Key
- Stepladder (6.5ft or more)
- Phillips Screwdriver
- Safety Gear: Safety Hat, Gloves, Safety Goggles
Safety Precautions
- Do not fully tighten screws until the assembly is complete to ensure proper alignment.
- Ensure all screw holes are properly aligned before installation.
- Always keep safety in mind during construction.
- If you are missing parts or have damaged components, contact customer service before returning the product to the store.
Assembly Instructions
The assembly process is divided into 30 steps. Key phases include:
- Frame Assembly: Connecting posts (A) with base plates (T1) and assembling the main support beams (B, B1, C, C1).
- Roof Structure: Installing the roof support beams and brackets.
- Roof Panels: Attaching the roof panels (N, N1, N2, N3, N4) and securing them with the provided hardware.
- Curtain Installation: Attaching the curtain hooks (Z) to the outer track and hanging the curtains.
Anchoring
To improve wind resistance, it is essential to anchor the gazebo. Failure to do so may result in the structure toppling during strong winds. Use the provided expansion screws for cement surfaces or ground nails for grassy surfaces.
