The Thule Courier is a versatile child carrier designed for cycling and strolling. Before use, ensure you have read the safety manual for Thule strollers and bike trailers. The maximum weight capacity is 22 kg (49 lbs) per child, with a total weight capacity of 60 kg (132 lbs). The recommended age range is 6 months to 4 years.

Wheels: Attach the rear wheels by inserting them into the axle until they click. Inflate tires to 30-35 Psi (2.0-2.45 Bar).

Stroller Wheels: Insert the stroller wheels into the front mounts until they lock securely.

Cycling Mode: Attach the bike arm to the trailer and secure it to the bicycle. Always ensure the handlebar is in the most upright position when in cycling mode.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential for safety and longevity:

  • Clean the carrier regularly with warm water and a mild soapy solution. Never use harsh cleansers or solvents.
  • Clean wheel axles and apply grease or oil to all exposed moving parts.
  • Inspect the carrier annually at an authorized service provider.
  • Regularly check metal components for dents or cracks, fasteners for looseness, and fabric for tears or wear.
