The kit must be used in conjunction with a compatible Thule Foot Pack (sold separately). Always adhere to the maximum load and speed limits to ensure vehicle safety.
Safety and usage limits

Assembly and installation
The installation process involves combining the Kit 145366 components with the Thule Foot Pack. Identify the specific parts included in the kit (pads and clamps labeled 383, 384, 584, 1010, and 1011) and match them to the corresponding positions on the vehicle (Front Left, Front Right, Rear Left, Rear Right).
- Assemble the kit components onto the Foot Pack as shown in the assembly diagram.
- Ensure the clamps click into place securely.
- Position the assembled rack on the vehicle roof according to the specific measurements provided in the positioning section.
Positioning and measurements
Correct positioning is critical for the stability of the roof rack. Use the following measurements to align the bars on the Toyota Crown Crossover:
- W (mm/inch): 700 mm / 27 1/2 inches.
- Z (mm/inch): 230 mm / 9 inches.
- X (mm/inch): 1041 mm / 41 inches.
- Y (mm/inch): 1021 mm / 40 1/4 inches.

Roof rack instability or noise
Verify that all clamps are fully engaged and clicked into place. Re-check the W, Z, X, and Y measurements to ensure the bars are perfectly parallel and centered.
Difficulty identifying parts
The parts are stamped with numbers (e.g., 383, 584). Match these numbers to the diagram on page 1 to ensure the correct pad/clamp is placed at the correct corner (FL, FR, RL, RR).
