Before using your Toolcraft 1000LM LED Flashlight for the first time, you must remove the plastic battery insulation strip located inside the battery compartment. Ensure the battery is fully charged before initial use.
Product Description
The Toolcraft 1000LM is a portable LED torch light designed for outdoor use. It features an IP54 ingress protection rating, providing limited protection against dust and water splashing from any direction. Do not submerge the product in water.
Safety Instructions
- Optical Radiation: This product belongs to LED Risk Group 2. Do not stare directly into the light beam or use optical instruments to look into it.
- Photosensitive Epilepsy: Individuals with photosensitive epilepsy should be aware that flashing lights or light patterns may trigger seizures or loss of consciousness.
- Handling: Do not subject the product to mechanical stress, extreme temperatures, or strong jolts.
- Repairs: Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. If the device is damaged or not working properly, stop using it immediately.
Battery and Charging
The device uses a 2600 mAh 3.6 V Li-ion 18650 battery.
- Charging: Open the USB cover to access the charging port. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-A cable to the charging input and a suitable power supply.
- Status Indicator: A green light indicates the battery is charged; a red light indicates the battery is charging.
- Maintenance: Charge the battery regularly, even if the product is not in use. Always place the product on a heat-resistant surface during charging.
- Replacement: To replace the battery, unscrew the battery cover, insert a new battery observing the correct polarity, and ensure the seal is properly seated when closing.
Operation
The flashlight is operated using the function button:
- Standard Modes: Press the function button repeatedly to cycle through: low → medium → high → OFF.
- Strobe/SOS: With the light switched OFF, press and hold the function button to activate the strobe mode. Press the button briefly to cycle through: SOS → OFF.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning. Use a dry, fibre-free cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol, or chemical solutions, as these can damage the housing.
