This document provides instructions for the Vevor Drum Dolly, available in three models: 1000LB55-4, 1250LB55-5, and 2000LB55-4. Users should inspect the product before every use, ensure the assembly area is clean and well-lit, and wear appropriate safety gear during assembly. The product is designed for 55-gallon drums and must not be used to transport people.

Safety Instructions

• Do not place the dolly near flammable materials.
• Do not sit or stand on the item; transporting people is strictly forbidden.
• Overload is strictly prohibited.
• Do not move too fast when passing over potholes.
• This product is not a toy; keep children away.
• Do not lift the dolly while it is loaded.
• Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
• Assemble on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of supporting a fully loaded dolly.
• Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
• Keep bystanders away during assembly.
• Do not assemble if tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.

Model Parameters

All models have a rated capacity of 55 Gallons.

• 1000LB55-4: Maximum load 1000 LBS, 2 universal wheels, 2 universal wheels with brake.
• 1250LB55-5: Maximum load 1250 LBS, 3 universal wheels, 2 universal wheels with brake.
• 2000LB55-4: Maximum load 2000 LBS, 3 universal wheels, 1 universal wheel with brake.

Assembly and Use

Assemble the unit strictly according to the provided instructions. For the 2000LB55-4 model, the shaft must pass through the frame to secure the wheels, and the wire must hold the shaft in place to prevent it from slipping out.

Troubleshooting

If the wheels do not jam smoothly, the cause is likely insufficient lubrication. To resolve this, add oil to lubricate the rotating parts.

Maintenance

• Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun to prevent aging of materials.
• Avoid violent impacts when going uphill or downhill to prevent the cart from cracking.
