Installation Guidelines

Follow these steps to ensure proper installation:

• Install the system in a cool, dry area; avoid wet and hot locations.
• The compressor motor must be installed on a flat surface; do not install at an angle.
• It is recommended to install the tank and compressor in the rear trunk of the vehicle.
• Ensure all nylon hoses are inserted fully into the brass fittings.
• Avoid using hot solder on the automatic switch located on the air tank, as heat may permanently damage the switch.

Electrical Requirements

• Use 14-gauge or thicker wire for the electrical installation. Do not use thinner wire, as the motor can draw up to 20 amps under stress.
• A 20A fuse must be installed between the positive 12V source and the switch located at the air tank.
• Turn off the power switch after the car stalls.

Maintenance and Care

• Compressor Operation: Limit continuous operation to 10 minutes to extend the motor's service life.
• Condensate Drainage: Regularly drain the gas container (normally every 3 months) to remove condensate. Ensure air pressure is less than 0.1MPa when releasing water.
• Lubrication: The compressor piston is equipped with a lubrication system. Check every two weeks and add a few drops of SAE40 motor oil. Do not overfill.
