The VEVOR 1630B Turkey Deep Fryer is designed for outdoor use only. Before operating, ensure the appliance is placed on a level, stable, and non-combustible surface. Never leave the appliance unattended while in use. Keep children and pets away at all times. Always have a Type BC or ABC fire extinguisher readily available when cooking with oil or grease.
Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your fryer:

- Assemble the three legs to the windshield of the top frame using 6 bolts and nuts.
- Attach the three legs to the bottom ring using 3 bolts and nuts.
- Install the two adjustable side pot holders to the top frame using 4 bolts and nuts.
- Unscrew the pre-assembled lock nut and flange nut from the cast iron burner. Insert the burner's threaded pin through the support bar hole on the top frame, then tighten the flange nut and lock nut securely with a wrench.
Operating Instructions
Preparation:

- Attach the propane hose to the brass stove inlet fitting and the propane tank outlet.
- Slowly open the propane tank valve and check for leaks by applying liquid soap to connections and looking for bubbles.
Lighting:
- Ensure the regulator is in the ON position and the gas cylinder valve is open.
- Use a fireplace match or long-nosed lighter. Hold the flame near the burner from the side.
- Slowly open the gas supply until the burner ignites. Keep hands and face away from the burner.
- Adjust the regulator control valve for the desired flame height.
- If ignition does not occur within 5 seconds, turn the burner control off, wait 5 minutes, and repeat.
Thermometer Test
Always use the provided thermometer when frying. Before use, test its accuracy:

- Accuracy: Insert the stem into boiling water. The needle should register approximately 212°F (100°C).
- Range: Place the stem above a lit match or lighter. The needle should quickly move and register above 350°F. If it does not, the thermometer is damaged and must not be used.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Allow the unit to cool down fully (to 100°F or 38°C) before cleaning.
- Burner Cleaning: If the flame is smoky or yellowish, the venturi tube may be blocked by insect nests or webs. Remove the burner, clean the venturi tube with a flexible brush or pipe cleaner, and reattach.
- Pot Care: Wash the interior with liquid dishwashing detergent and towel dry. Do not pour cold water into a hot pan to avoid warping.
- Storage: Disconnect the propane tank before storage. Wipe burners and hoses clean.
Safety Warnings
- Propane Safety: Never store or use gasoline or other flammable liquids near the stove. If you smell gas, shut off the supply and extinguish all flames.
- Fire Prevention: Never fill the cooking pot beyond the maximum fill line. Never place an empty pot on a lit cooker.
- Cooling: Do not touch the appliance until liquids have cooled to 100°F (38°C) or less.
