Cleaning & Maintenance

- Cleaning the outside: Use a soft damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the control panel.
- Descale: Run an automatic cleaning cycle roughly every 50 cycles to combat limescale and odors.
Troubleshooting
Before calling support, check the following:
- Machine does not turn on: Check the power plug and for power failures.
- Cycle does not start: Ensure the door is fully closed, the Start/Pause button is pressed, and the water tap is open.
- No water / Beep sound: Check if the water hose is bent or the tap is closed.
- Excessive vibration: Ensure the machine is level and transport bolts were removed during installation.
