This adapter kit is designed for Vario cases. Before installation, ensure you have all parts listed. Important: To prevent the locking mechanism from jamming, the plastic cover of the luggage carrier must be aligned flush with the cast edge. We recommend using instant adhesive to secure the rubber buffers.

Installation
Follow these steps to install the adapter:
- Remove Original Mechanism: Remove the original locking mechanism from the motorcycle as shown in the diagrams.
- Align Plastic Cover: To avoid jamming, loosen the marked screws on the plastic cover of the luggage carrier. Align the cover flush with the cast edge and retighten.
- Prepare Brackets: Attach the rubber buffers to the brackets. It is recommended to use instant adhesive for extra security.
- Mounting Brackets: Install the brackets on the motorcycle. Pay close attention to the riding direction:
- For the rear bracket, the wide opening of the trapezoidal groove points to the rear (against riding direction).
- For the front bracket, the wide opening of the trapezoidal groove points forward (with riding direction).
- Final Assembly: Secure all components using the provided screws. Ensure all bolts are tightened to the specified torque settings.

Common problems
Locking mechanism jamming
Ensure the plastic cover of the luggage carrier is aligned flush with the cast edge. Loosen the marked screws to adjust the alignment.
Rubber buffers detaching
We recommend additionally bonding the rubber buffers with instant adhesive.

- Verify all screws are tightened to the specified torque settings.
